Constitutional Carry: What you need to know.

Now hold on there a bit Cowboy... We know you've got an hankerin' to start packin' heat, but there's some rules and regulations that you're gonna need to know about before you holster up those pearl handled .45's and head to town looking for a gunfight.  Rule #1, don't do that!  (The gunfight part)
